Statement by Birol Başaran, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VBT Yazılım A.Ş.

Birol Başaran, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VBT Yazılım A.Ş., stated that the company has turned its attention to abroad after its rapid growth in Turkey and that they started to receive their first revenues from their offices abroad by the end of this year. He also announced that the company has met its collateral requirements with 780,000 shares registered with the CRA in order to establish a company and enter into contracts abroad.

Başaran informed his stakeholders by emphasizing that the company will not be under any obligation with its personal collateral and that the existing shares will not be sold.
